We provide a plastic door hook that you can place wherever is most convenient — front door, side entrance, porch railing. Just tell us where you'd like it on your account preferences.

Two scheduled pickup and delivery days per week for your neighborhood. We can pick up on either day, deliver on either day, or both — depending on your order.

No. Leave your VIP bag at the door and we take it from there. Your cleaned items will be at your door when you return.

Dry cleaning for all garments. Wash and fold laundry. Household items including comforters, duvets, linens, and drapes. Specialty cleaning for leather, fur, and suede. Wedding gown cleaning and preservation. Fire, water, and mold restoration.

Yes. We have equipment designed for oversized household items that standard machines can't properly handle.

Standard dry cleaning is typically ready within 2 business days. Household items, 2–3 business days. Wedding gowns, leather, fur, suede, and restoration work may take longer. We'll give you an accurate timeline upfront.

We make it right. If anything comes back not quite right, we redo it free. If you're still not satisfied, we refund double what you paid. No questions asked.

We inspect every item before cleaning and note any existing concerns. If something we did causes damage, we take responsibility and make it right immediately.
