Pickup & Delivery

We provide a VIP pickup bag for your items. On your scheduled pickup day, fill the bag and leave it at your front door — no need to be home. We collect it, clean everything, and return it on your next delivery day hung on the door hook we provide. Simple as that.

It's your dedicated pickup bag — provided by us when you set up your account. Fill it with whatever needs cleaning, leave it at the door, and we handle the rest. Always use your bag so we know it's yours.

We provide a plastic door hook that you can place wherever is most convenient — front door, side entrance, porch railing. Just tell us where you'd like it on your account preferences.

Two scheduled pickup and delivery days per week for your neighborhood. We can pick up on either day, deliver on either day, or both — depending on your order.

Yes. We have equipment designed for oversized household items that standard machines can't properly handle.

Standard dry cleaning is typically ready within 2 business days. Household items, 2–3 business days. Wedding gowns, leather, fur, suede, and restoration work may take longer. We'll give you an accurate timeline upfront.
