When you set up your account, we provide a VIP pickup bag — your dedicated bag for every order. On your pickup day, fill it with whatever needs cleaning and leave it on your front porch. That's all you do.
We Pick It Up — You're Completely Free
No need to be home. No need to wait. We collect your bag on your scheduled pickup day and take care of everything from there. We inspect each item, clean everything to our standard, and carefully package it for return.
We Deliver It Back to Your Door
Your cleaned and pressed items are returned on your next scheduled delivery day — hung and ready, using the door hook we provide. We'll leave it anywhere you like: your front door, a side entrance, wherever is most convenient for you.

A Few Questions We Hear Before the First Pickup.
What if I'm not home?
You don't need to be. Leave your VIP bag at the door and we handle it from there. Your cleaned items will be hanging at your door when you return.
Where do you leave my clean items?
We provide a plastic door hook — use it on your front door, a side entrance, a porch railing, wherever you prefer. Just tell us where on your account.
What if I forget to put my bag out?
You'll get a reminder the day before your pickup. If you need to skip a week, no problem — just let us know.
Is the quality the same as dropping off in person?
Yes. Every pickup order goes through the same expert cleaning process and quality inspection as our in-store work.
What if something isn't right?
Our guarantee covers every order. If anything comes back not quite right, we redo it free.
